For more than three decades, Kathyn has guided clients through the ever-changing East Bay real estate market. She loves helping her clients understand their options so that they can make the best decisions about their transactions.

Over 90% of her business has been generated through past clients and agent referrals and is the basis of her business. After more than 450 transactions, she continues to take pleasure in helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, she and her husband lived and worked in Japan. Upon their return to the Bay Area, they worked together in their home remodeling business. She knows houses from the ground up and inside out; both buyers and sellers benefit from her construction experience. When not busy with clients, she enjoys hiking, reading, doing yoga, dancing, traveling, practicing German and spending time with family.
