After growing up in Santa Barbara, Susan and her husband decided that the Bay Area was the best place to make their home and raise a family. Marina Bay has been her home since 1993. That was over 30 years ago and now Susan takes an active part in community events throughout Richmond, El Cerrito, and Kensington.
 
A third-generation Realtor®, she has over 25 years experience in Real Estate Operations, sales, and management including the development of customer service techniques and Real Estate Transaction Coordination. “As the Director of Operations for MAJ Realtors®, I am often not the most visible team member as I am behind the scenes, coordinating with the agents, the success of the home buying and selling experience.”
